Product Description
The 6.5 diesel is very bad about breaking the starter right off the block! Sometimes a chunk of the block is taken out or the bolts are ripped from the block.
Comes with the bolt to bolt the bracket to the block. Your starter should have a stud and nut on it already.
This is a very common thing to happen. Most of the time its because the starter bracket is missing. Such a simple bracket can save you thousands of dollars.
Do not ever start your engine unless this bracket is in place. It is a time bomb to run without one.
ARP bolts are the strongest available. Buy both the bracket and bolts to save money!
