Product Description
This is our High performance Fuel Sending Unit (HPFSU). Fits Trucks only if you have a Suburban contact us.
We built it with a 1/2″ pick up and it has a -8jic (1/2″ flare) connection. We supply the brass push lock fitting also.
Just use hose that is a push lock type. I actually think any diesel rated 1/2″ hose would work as this is on the suction side/it’s not under pressure.
It also comes with our Metrum Rod sending unit!! (We are the original inventors of this FSU type for 6.5 trucks). This keeps the fuel off the electronics unlike the factory (see video). If you have a bouncing gauge the FSU is most likely the problem.
It is plug & play and ready to drop in.

to allow you to run 1/2″ hose from the tank to the IP!! The fittings only reduce to make connection at the IP.
