Please note that most orders will be shipped via USPS. Some heavy or large box orders will ship via FedEx or UPS. If you need specific carrier let us know before you purchase. Thank you.
Insurance coverage is optional on all orders. If you need insurance against loss or damage while package/s are in shipping process you will need to email us a list of parts wanted and how much coverage you need before purchasing anything. You will then be emailed an invoice for your order. If you do not buy insurance you will not be covered for loss or damage of your order.
We do not accept/authorize for any reason chargebacks on credit card/debit cards.
Please make sure you have the correct shipping address listed in PayPal payment details if using PayPal or while using another method to check out before you submit payment, if you use, the wrong address for any reason the transaction fee PayPal or credit card fee charged us will not be refunded. We are required to mail items to the address on your payment details that you provided. If you need to change the address after you purchase we might be forced to refund you and you will need to repurchase with the correct address. Again in those cases the PayPal/merchant service fee or credit card fee and any other fee will not be refunded. Sorry that this policy is needed but we have had to pay thousands of dollars in the past and just can’t do it any longer.
All international customers or a customer who is shipping to an address outside the 48 lower United States will need to email us before ordering for a quote to include shipping cost. You will be emailed an invoice (do not buy from the website please)
In other words. IF YOU DO NOT LIVE IN USA THEN DO NOT BUY PARTS FROM THE WEB SITE DIRECTLY! INSTEAD EMAIL US FOR SHIPPING QUOTE AND INVOICE. The only exception to this is if you are having parts shipped within USA, then you can order right from the web site, but the USA address must be entered in the shipping details

For orders shipping to AK or HI please contact us before you order to confirm shipping cost.
We reserve the right to cancel your order for any reason If there is a mistake on the website we could contact you for any shortage of payment. In this case we would also allow you to cancel the order if the mistake was our fault.
There are no warranty's expressed or implied on any product unless stated in listing.

Return and Refund Policy
Refunds will only be accepted within 30 days of purchase on any product. We must be able to confirm you bought the item/s from us. You need to print your receipt at time of purchase and keep it for future record. We reserve the right to refuse any return or refund.
You must give us the reason for return/refund before sending anything back. You must pay shipping to return item/s and a new shipping charge to send new parts to you. We reserve the right to repair or replace a part.
If returning a new part it/they must be like new as received with all packaging and be able to be resold as new again. A restocking fee could be deducted from refund.
Refunds are normally processed within two weeks of receiving order/part/s back at our facility.
Refunds will be processed through your original form of payment. This could take an unknown amount of time by your institution.
